Sandella Fabrikken AS in Sykkylven is one of Europe’s most renowned manufacturers of flexible polyurethane foam for the furniture industry, with a turnover of approximately 95 million NOK in 2024 and an export share of over 50%. Our customer portfolio ranges from the largest furniture manufacturers in the USA and Europe to smaller niche companies focused primarily on comfort and design. In addition, we produce equipment for the aquaculture industry.

The factory in Sykkylven also serves as the headquarters and competence center for the group, and here we have our mechanical department for the production of components in steel and aluminum, as well as equipment for aquaculture.

We also have polyurethane foam production facilities in Sweden and Lithuania, which primarily supply their local markets.

The group also includes Shape AS, whose fields of expertise include 3D modeling, prototyping, product development, reverse engineering, and mold production.
